Ms Evangeline Lin founded Luminis Insights Pte. Ltd. to advise businesses and organizations on understanding the changing geopolitical environment and its impact, and in developing strategy and building relationships against this backdrop. Premised on over two decades in the Singapore public service (in the Ministry of Transport and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore), her special expertise is in transport (spanning all modes, air, sea, and land), logistics, and security in the international sphere. Ms Lin has advised ministers and senior policy makers, and has proven expertise in stakeholder engagement from the highest political levels to ground operations. With a track record in cross-cultural partnerships, international relations, market intelligence and analysis, marketing and communications, she has led teams to deliver outcomes in line with wider strategic organizational objectives in complex and dynamic contexts.
